  • minimal downtime train staff to safely use Hard drive cloning and imaging
  • in house problem resolution methods with PC forums
  • protection against data loss and 
  • utilize true PC operating system backups and fail proof data backups 
  • Inform staff about the riskiest online 
  • know when to solve in house and know when to call a technician
  • a standard way to keep PC documentation paperwork and DVD drivers for each PC 
  • Most importantly: A standard method of PC documentation with video and notes for EACH PC
  • Minimize PC repair fees and premature hardware and software updates 

 

 

 

SUPPORT CONTRACT B:  MINIMAL DISASTER PREPARATION

I TRAIN IN HOUSE STAFF BASICS TO HARD DRIVE IMAGING AND CLONING

With this contract you are guaranteed:  

  • You will have an operating system  image file and a flash drive for recovery
  • Norton  antivirus is installed and schedualed to automaticly run 
  • If your computer crashes or your hard drive failes you will at least have a good chance of recovery.
  • We can not prove your recovery image is good without a second bootable drive 
  • If somone opens a email with a malicious link you will be protected
  • Your data that you have on drive C will not be protected save your data on a second physical drive or external drive
  • Your system will be protected from the most common viruses that windows does not protect

 

 

SUPPORT CONTRACT C:  I setup your systems with marcium, Nortin Antivirus, Syncback Free and provide needed hardware
